This offer is a reduced monthly rental charge of 20% for the first 12 months, for one Worldpay 360 (POS Solution) bundle of the Merchant Agreement and or any other Regulated terminal hire Agreement where applicable. (the “Offer”) The Offer is available until 31st March2026 unless amended, suspended or withdrawn by Worldpay. The Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer.
The Offer is only available to new Worldpay customers who are based in mainland United Kingdom (England, Scotland, and Wales), and who have not been a Worldpay customer in the 6 months prior to submitting their application. Customers located in Northern Ireland, the Republic of Ireland, and UK territories are excluded. The offer is not available to any merchants from an existing referral or other partners of Worldpay. This includes, but is not limited to, introducers, ISO partners, Agent Partner or Integrated Partners.
The Offer is available to merchants who successfully activate and process a minimum of £100 or more using the Worldpay 360 (POS Solution) bundle within sixty (60) business days from the date you are notified as being accepted as a Worldpay customer.
The Offer applies solely to the Worldpay 360 (POS Solution) bundle monthly rental charge per bundle as stated above. All other fees and charges under the Agreement shall continue to apply in full.
Merchants will need to sign up to Worldpay’s standard Merchant Services Agreement and enter into an 18-month terminal hire agreement with Worldpay for the Worldpay 360 (POS Solution).
The Offer will automatically lapse if the merchant does not meet onboarding requirements, fails compliance checks, or does not activate the account within the specified timeframe as set out. In this instance the Offer will not be applied to the account and the Merchant will remain subject to the terms of their terminal hire agreement.
At the end of the Offer period your monthly bundle rental charge will then be payable at the rates set out in your terminal hire agreement, as amended by Worldpay from time to time.
All other fees and charges, including (but not limited to) acquiring fees, value-added services, PCI compliance fees, and authorisation fees, remain payable under the merchant’s Merchant Services Agreement or any other applicable agreement with Worldpay.
Worldpay’s standard account opening procedures will apply and acceptance is at Worldpay’s sole and absolute discretion.
Should the merchant wish to cancel Worldpay 360 (POS Solution) during or after the Offer Period, all cancellation and termination rights and processes are as set out in the merchant’s Merchant Services Agreement and the POS Solution Terms at https://www.worldpay.com/en-GB/legal/merchant-services-terms-conditions.
Where Worldpay refers to next business day settlement of transactions, this refers to settlement funds being remitted to your bank account the following business day after you take a card transaction. This remains subject to Worldpay’s rights under its Merchant Services Agreement, including not to remit funds until Worldpay has received these itself and to withhold, set-off and/or defer remittances in certain circumstances.
Worldpay may withdraw, suspend or amend the Offer without liability for any reason at any time without notice.
These terms and conditions shall be governed by, and interpreted in accordance with, the laws of England, and the courts of England shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle all actions, claims, and disputes arising out of, or in connection with, the Offer and these terms and conditions.
