Terms and conditions

  1. This offer is a waiver of the Worldpay e-commerce monthly service charge of £19.95, for a period of 12 months only, (“the Offer”). This promotional Offer will be available until the 31 January 2026 unless amended, suspended or withdrawn by Worldpay as described below. The Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer.
  2. The Offer is only available to new Worldpay customers: who currently have a Santander business account; is in the United Kingdom; and who have not been a Worldpay customer in the 6 months prior to submitting their application.
  3. Merchants will need to sign up to Worldpay’s standard Merchant Services Agreement and Custom (Standard) Pricing Plan or Simplicity Pricing Plan.
  4. The Offer will apply once you process a minimum of £100 within the first sixty (60) days from the date you are accepted as a Worldpay customer.
  5. The Offer applies solely to the Worldpay e-commerce monthly service charge as stated above. All other Fees and charges under the Agreement shall continue to apply in full.
  6. Early termination fees may apply to any card terminal hire agreements if applicable.
  7. This Offer is not applicable to any other Worldpay Digital products and Gateways services.
  8. Worldpay’s standard account opening procedures will apply and acceptance is at Worldpay’s sole and absolute discretion.
  9. This promotion supersedes any and all prior or concurrent promotions; may be amended; offer amounts may be increased or decreased; or discontinued by Worldpay without notice.
  10. The offer will automatically lapse if the merchant does not meet onboarding requirements, fails compliance checks, or does not activate the account within the specified timeframe.
  11. Worldpay reserves the right to withdraw or amend the offer at any time prior to acceptance or in the event of material breach, fraud, or regulatory non-compliance.
  12. This offer is non-transferable, applies to the merchant’s specified MID/account only, and cannot be combined with any other promotional or discounted pricing plan.
  13. These terms and conditions shall be governed by, and interpreted in accordance with, the laws of England, and the courts of England shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle all actions, claims, and disputes arising out of, or in connection with, the Offer and these terms and conditions.
