Terms and conditions

  1. This offer is: A refund of the associated processing fees for cards listed within the Base Table and American Express (“Amex”) within 90 days of the date of being accepted as a Worldpay customer, or up to a maximum processed volume of £10,000 whichever comes first. The associated refund of processing fees will be issued as a one-time payment to the merchant bank account within 60 days after verification that all the required criteria set out under these terms and conditions have been met, (the “Offer”). Reference to fees and eligible transactions shall mean Base Table and Amex fees as they relate to the Worldpay application form (or any subsequent amendment to these fees as notified.) This Offer starts on 1st January 2026 and will be available until the 28 February 2026 unless amended, suspended or withdrawn by Worldpay as described below. The Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer.
  2. The Offer is only available to existing customers who are both Elavon and Santander customers where funds will be settled to a Santander business bank account.
  3. The Offer is not open to existing Worldpay customers or customers who have left Worldpay in the last 6 months.
  4. Merchants will need to sign up to Worldpay’s standard Merchant Services Agreement and Custom (Standard) Pricing Plan or Simplicity Pricing Plan.
  5. The merchant must process a minimum of £100 within the first thirty (30) days from the date you are accepted as a Worldpay customer.
  6. The Offer will be issued within 60 days after meeting the eligibility criteria.,
  7. The Offer applies solely to all Base table acquiring charges (merchant service charge) on credit and debit cards. It does not include premium charges and or any additional service charges.
  8. All other Fees and charges, including (but not limited to): other associated acquiring fees, value-added services, PCI compliance fees, and authorisation fees, remain payable under the merchant’s Merchant Services Agreement or any other applicable agreement with Worldpay and shall continue to apply in full.
  9. Early termination fees may apply to any card terminal hire agreements if applicable.
  10. Worldpay’s standard account opening procedures will apply and acceptance is at Worldpay’s sole and absolute discretion.
  11. This promotion supersedes any and all prior or concurrent promotions; may be amended; offer amounts may be increased or decreased; or discontinued by Worldpay without notice.
  12. The offer will automatically lapse if the merchant does not meet onboarding requirements, fails compliance checks, or does not activate the account within the specified timeframe. In this instance the Offer will not be applied to the account and the merchant will remain subject to the terms of the Merchant Services Agreement.
  13. Worldpay reserves the right to withdraw or amend the offer at any time prior to acceptance or in the event of material breach, fraud, or regulatory non-compliance.
  14. This offer is non-transferable, applies to the merchant’s specified MID/account only, and cannot be combined with any other promotional or discounted pricing plan.
  15. These terms and conditions shall be governed by, and interpreted in accordance with, the laws of England, and the courts of England shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle all actions, claims, and disputes arising out of, or in connection with, the Offer and these terms and conditions.
